Contacts on NextCloud

The Next Cloud Contacts app will be the unified address book for the MSG schools. Please watch the email below for an introduction to working with contacts. A related video on integrating them with Thunderbird is here.

Hello

• Log in to your Next Cloud account.
  • This is for your own school such as next.msghan.com
• Click on the Contact App
  • See your contacts
  • Arrange them in Groups
• At the bottom left is the settings button.
  • Here you can share the address book.
• Share the address book with the user emailaddresses
  • Do not enable editing
  • This is the addressbook that non-admin staff will get
